Each Newly Renovated 1 Bdrm Self Contained Suite has fresh paint and new laminate flooring. Each suite also boasts a small fenced back yard suitable for a small pet or a garden.
Clearwater is uncrowded, unpolluted and unspoiled and is the Gateway to Wells Gray Provincial Park, located north of Kamloops on the Yellowhead Highway. As its name suggests, Clearwater is a place of pure, clear water, but that only hints at the untouched beauty that makes up the area around Clearwater.
Clearwater's relaxing lifestyle and low cost of living is well suited for seniors. The community offers a safe and peaceful lifestyle that includes all the amenities of a sustainable community including education, health care and recreational opportunities.
